GetAtMe is a local-first platform that helps people post needs, offer services, and connect with helpers in their community. By using GetAtMe, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetAtMe. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant GetAtMe a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and modify your content for platform functionality.

5. Messaging & Interactions

GetAtMe provides messaging tools to help users coordinate.

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

You agree not to spam or misuse messaging features.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

7. Services & Fulfillment

Helpers and providers are independent individuals. GetAtMe does not employ, endorse, or guarantee any user. You assume all risk when interacting with other users.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading needs
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to access accounts without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
• Post illegal content or engage in illegal activity

9. Location Data

GetAtMe uses optional GPS data to improve recommendations. You may disable location access at any time.

10. Termination

GetAtMe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Liability

GetAtMe is provided "as-is." We are not liable for damages resulting from interactions between users or misuse of the platform.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
